A Formaggio Grande (Italian for "Big Cheese") was a local leader of the Capello Nero organization. The Formaggio Grande of the Menkalinan System was for a time by Jeef Kindswoog, who operated out of PB34428 before the cell was broken up by undercover FLEA agent Rahzell Kalee.
