The Runed Titanium Rod was an enchanting tool needed by enchanters in Wrath of the Lich King for higher level enchants late on in the expansion, at skill level 425 onwards. Since Mists of Pandaria it has been removed and all enchantments are served instead by a Runed Copper Rod.
