Dr. Two Brains Henchmen are two men who work for the supervillain in his lab. They dont seem to be very smart and tend to be distracted very easily. The bigger ones name is Charlie, who doesnt speak much. The shorter one does most of the talking. Both of the henchmen enjoy animals and other cute stuff, but often get themselves in trouble with Dr Two-Brains for doing something stupid. In one episode, they even enlarge their hands and a bunny even thought there are only three chances, in which Dr Two-Brains needs to enlarge cheeze to destroy the city. They also love animals. In several episodes, they get fired but end up coming back to work with him.
