The saying "History repeats itself" truly bares root when it comes to Shinobi History. Twenty-five years following the events of the Fourth Shinobi World War, Shinobi Villages have yet again found themselves fighting over meaningless issues. This time, two villages infamous for their malicious content face off in Kirigakure and Sunagakure. The Shinobi Union has made multiple attempts to cease this conflict but they've had little success.
