The Pan-Eurasian War can be considered a series of conflicts between rival European and Asian Interests, the Three-Day War only an offshoot of lesser importance. The two wars had similar motivations. Both were spurred by the desire for more resources in Asia, fueled by the new economic strength of Eastern Asia, now united under three nations: The Republic of Southeast Asia, the Taiping Empire and the Japanese Empire.
