Garcia de Avaricia has been shot three times, once in the shoulder, once in the knee, once in the back. He was also whipped by some French Privateers. Rodrego de Muerte ( aka Zeke ) was shot in the arm saving him. Garcia was shot with Eco Bullets, therefore he can not currently be healed by Eco. Rodrego is a doctor himself and has taken out the bullets. When he's not there, Rodrego has the best doctors in his hospital tending him. It is unclear who shot him, all we know is they were wearing French uniforms, we are currently investigating that mystery. Garcia is getting better but is not well enough to speak. El Muerta and Rodrego are doing his " dirty work ".
