Pimm was a Canadian Ambassador who, along with British diplomat Lord Winther, attended an audience with President Noah Grace in Washington, D.C. in requesting that the United States take part in a joint task force which would attack Chimeran assets in Canada before the invaders gained a foothold of the entire country as of November 27th, 1951. Then, if successful, the effort would be extended to England and beyond. However, the plan was no longer realistic, which both Pimm and Lord Winther knew in their deepest thoughts, because the United States was too slow to engage against the Chimera since their sudden appearance in Europe.
