Civerb's Cudgel is a set grand scepter in Diablo II. It is one of the three pieces of the Civerb's Vestments item set. Civerb's Cudgel is actually one of the most powerful early-game one-handed weapons, in terms of raw damage per hit. Most normal uniques can provide other helpful bonus, however.
