The Organization of Independent States (OIS or commonly referred to by its former name, the Council of East Asian States, CEAS) is a military, diplomatic, and economic alliance of countries on all six continents. It was created for military purposes as a result of the 2010 Yarphese War. It was created on 13 February 2010 by the Tavoy Conference in Tavoy, Myanmar. It is generally the counterweight of the Planetary Alliance for Freedom.
