Dominus Lucius II was the last child of Dominus Lucius and Aalia Ra. Conceived unexpectedly, the youngest child of the Lucius/Ra family was born on Helska IV during the time Dominus Lucius was a diplomat and politician on Fierrere while Aalia Ra managed the Ra Empire. The boy spent the beginning of his life on Helska IV among tutors, politicians, military, and business personal until his mother gave up the empire and reunited with her diplomat husband on Fierrere. Dominus II was whisked away from Fierrere only after a short time of living on the planet when his father was found dead in his sleep.
