Greater Defensive Stance is a special that can be used by Fighters with Special/Fighter Level 8. Upon using this special, you cannot move or else the stance will break, meaning its effect is gone until you use it again. Assuming this stance takes a fair amount of stamina, the same as required for Lesser Defensive Stance. While in this stance, a large portion of incoming damage will be taken away from your stamina instead. When your stamina runs out, the stance will break and you will return to normal. This special requires a shield to be used. Greater Defensive Stance is extremely useful in many occasions, such as in Sea Serpent or Dragon hunts.
