The White Oak and Madison garage was a parking garage located at the corner of White Oak and Madison in Los Angeles. The garage had a long spiraling driveway that led to each level. During Day 5, Dawn Brigade separatist Ivan Erwich set a meeting with Jacob Rossler at the parking garage on White Oak and Madison, so Rossler could give him a reprogrammed chip for twenty Sentox nerve gas canisters. At 2:09pm, Jack Bauer (posing as Rossler) entered the garage, closely followed by Curtis Manning and a CTU TAC team. While Curtis and his team waited outside, Jack entered the upper levels of the garage. Shortly after, a blue van driven by terrorists Polakov and Komar, sent by Erwich, entered the garage.
