Claude C. Kenny gets teleported to the Sacred Forest in Expel from the Energy Dome in Milokeenia. Meanwhile, Rena Lanford visits the Sacred Forest, and there, she is chased by a monster. Fortunately, Claude appears in time and defeats the beast using his Phase Gun, which causes Rena to think he is the legendary "Hero of Light". Scared, she runs from him, until she realizes her rudeness, and waits for him, taking him to Arlia while talking to him about what occurred.
