Pine Tree Mall is a shopping mall located in Marinette, Wisconsin. It is anchored by JCPenney, Younkers, Wal-Mart and a Sears hometown dealer. The mall features about 30 tenants, including such chains as B. Dalton, Zales, and Applebee's. The Wal-Mart was originally Prange Way, until that chain closed, and Younkers store is a former Prange's. Osco Pharmacy also used to operate in the mall.
