Officer Cheesesteak is an elephant who is on the police force. He does not like deranged maniacs and he has two kids. He also can't afford nice things because he has two expensive cats. He shows up in "The Wrong Customer" and then again in The Hot Date, telling Chowder that Women just hate Sergant Hogey.
