Benoit Allaire (born in 1962 in St. Janvier, Quebec) is an assistant goaltending coach of the New York Rangers. He previously served as a goaltending coach in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League with Laval, Granby, and Verdun. The Montreal Canadiens used him in that capacity in 1996-97. Allaire served with the Phoenix Coyotes from 1999 to 2004. The Rangers hired him in 2005. His brother, François serves in a similar capacity with the Toronto Maple Leafs.
