After defeating Arbormon in the Forest of Misty Trees, Kari and Gatomon obtained both of the spirits of Wood. Soon after that, Gatomon was able to Spirit Digivolve into Blossom Angewomon. Gatomon first spirit digivolve into Blossom Angewomon was in the battle against Neo Devimon in Toy Town where she defeated him with one shot from her Nature's Arrow.
