"Shinobu" Design is the fifty-eighth trading card, and part of the Design Materials set. Only during a New Game +, it can be obtained at Santa Destroy High School just prior to the eighth ranking match. It is a design card depicting concept art for the eighth ranked assassin, Shinobu, from early in the development of No More Heroes.
