After Conquest of the Tuffles, The Saiyans were learning slowly the use of the technology as well as their growing power to control energy and use other powers by gaining them naturally as they matured a little and became smarter. Eventually, as part of Organization of the New Military, a crude, but effective Hand to Hand system had been constructed from the most basic of movements, but nothing too complicated. It had set the basis by making all hard strikes to be as lethal as possible, and all quick movements to be Supersonic, and later on, Hypersonic in speed.
