A series of Historical fiction books about Bryn's life, written by Kathy Lee. The series begins in Britain, where Bryn lives. Then, the Romans invade their home, and Bryn is taken back to Rome... as a slave. Bryn then faces life as a slave, with many adventures, until he eventually goes back to Britain in the last book of the series. Published by Scripture Union these books have a very strong Christian theme. Bryn becomes a Christian in book I (A Captive in Rome), is persecuted for being a Christian in book II (Rome in Flames), and chooses to go to Britain to escape Rome's persecution in book III (The Edge of the Empire).
