This Screaming Workman is a Forklift Operator. Always along with him is the Angel and the Devil who tell him to do the right way and the wrong way. Same thing happened to the Prime Mover Driver (who came first) He came from the W.S.H Council video as you will see below. He works for the UNSC by bringing in low down criminals with his badass forklift truck. He himself is considered a menace because of his OP truck. No one in the alternate dimension can stop his forklift of doom.
