The Dwakel are Drakel dwarfs, and according to legend, they are outcasted by normal Drakel-kind, They are leaded by the the Dwakel Chief. They were first discovered in Willowshire where they were originally suspected to be evil, but they were not. They are not as advanced as the Drakel.
