The Lightning Slayer is an enhanced and concentrated mass of lightning that is formed on the hand. It requires a high level of chakra control and this is evidenced by its appearance, which is more focused and amplified, resulting in a more blue look. Similar to the Lightning Cutter, Taiga can form it on one hand or he can form one on each hand, resulting in a wider range of uses.
