Although the temple had been well and truly destroyed in the attack, the spirit of the followers of Mappothism only grew stronger. New temples to worship Mapp were built on foriegn boards, and even a newer edition strived on Gateworld for a time, promoting the importance of friends and family. Knowing that thier actions had only strengthened the will of the followers, the Moderators gave up in their attempts to completely eradicate Mappothism from existence, allowing the followers of the religion to live out their lives without the restraints of a totalitarian rule.
