Crosstime Travel is a Level Four Quantum power which allows a nova to move between alternate timelines. Note: The Quantum Minimum for this power is listed as 2 but all the Level 4 Powers are listed as needing a Quantum 6. As this is the only power listed this way, it is felt that this is a typo.
