The Windreaver is part of the periodic Elemental Invasions. When he appears, a zone-wide emote goes out, alerting everyone in Silithus he has spawned. The Windreaver causes a gale to sweep across the land, the sound of his mindless fury coming from the northwest. He spawns amidst a host of air elementals and is constantly escorted by some of his guards.
