The Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) administers the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program (ICAC) to help state and local law enforcement agencies respond to computer-facilitated child sexual exploitation offenses by creating regional clusters of forensic and investigative expertise.
