Rihad Palace is a location in Hammerfell. It is the place the Eternal Champion goes to in order to learn the location of Fang Lair, but is instead sent to Stonekeep to retain a parchment from a band of goblins in exchange for information about the location of Fang Lair. The Palace acts as the residence of Queen Blubmaka.
