Nation Song Contest 31 was the 31st edition of the Nation Song Contest and was hosted by Shamitri after their 2nd placing in NSC 30. Bezzulandia, Felicitalya and Ogiltere failed to vote in the final of NSC 30 so they were forced to withdraw. Saint Joe & Southgulfia and Swelatie withdrew out of choice. St. Lotus, thanks to the German band Polarkreis 18, was the winner of this edition for the first time in its history, recieving 203 points.
