Hunter Huxley was a student at Waverly University and also a student protester who had a couple of run-ins with Sergeant Joseph Turner but Huxley was later found innocent of killing Turner although he had a hostile confrontation with NCIS Special Agents Anthony DiNozzo and Caitlin Todd.
