Akane's bust size increases, but Ranma's girl form does as well. Ranma teases her about it and Akane gets her revenge when Nodoka suddenly arrives. Together they go bra shopping where Ranma accidentally enters the changing room while Akane was undressing. They then go clothes shopping for Ranma and dress her up in feminine clothing despite her protest. Akane is hurt when Ranma insults her and leaves home early. They then visit a health salon where Ranma tries to escape but is hit by the hot water. His mother sees him running away in girl's clothing and believes there is a pervert on the loose. Ranma heads to Akane's room to apologize, but he is not able to understand why she's angry, resulting in a yelling that gets his mother's attention.
