Fire Tree Child Care and School is a muggle day care facility located in central London and close to both and the . Whilst it specialises in the care of muggle children and accommodates as such, due to several squib families and the few magical teachers that chose to teach in the muggle world, magical children have been able to be cared for without worry. With both scholing for early education and after school day care for those before attending Hogwarts, it has become a highly used child care system for Ministry and Mungo's workers and their children. There is no discrimination within the walls. School is taught from 9 am Monday to Firday until 3 pm with day care available until 8 pm every night but weekends.
