The recommended level for this quest is 8. Travel to the Small Orchard in the Windy Plains. All you have to do is wander around until you encounter Forest Frogs monsters. Defeat at least nine of them, and you can return to the Dancing Peacock to claim the reward for your request. If you are not yet at a level significantly high enough, make sure to take paths to avoid the FOEs.
