After gazelle.com, Inc. let the name lapse in late 2001, the Gazelle.com domain sat unused until November, 2002, when Gazelle Consulting, Inc. purchased it. The company was based in Atlanta and was run by Dave Upton and Bill Whittemore. Specialising in Data Warehousing solutions, Gazelle Conulting, Inc. allowed other companies to outsource their data operations and streamline their information processes.. The company folded in October, 2005, but retained the use of the Gazelle.com domain for several more year.
