In 1993, The Stampers and Rare, Ltd. sign a new deal with Summer Redstone's Viacom New Media, a division of Viacom International, Inc. to publish six new games. The project eventually became The Toy Tower, a puzzle game. In 1994, as the game was nearly complete, the Stampers and Rare, Ltd. pitch the video games Killer Instinct and Donkey Kong Country to Nintendo and the video games was released on June 28, 1994 and November 21, 1994, respectively.
