The Imperial Conquest Consolidation Corps, or the ICCC, was a division of the Imperial Military of the Sith Empire that was tasked with securing newly-conquered planets and unruly populations. During the Cold War, Colonel Vrain headed the ICCC, and Captain Rigel was assigned to the planet Balmorra. The Sphere of Military Strategy controlled the ICCC.
