Rick Nielsen is the lead guitarist for legendary American rock band Cheap Trick. In addition to being a true guitar hero, he is a friend of The Colbert Report and is the composer of The Report's theme music, Baby Muggles. On December 20, 2006, Nielsen participated in the All Star Guitar Jam which followed Stephen's win in The Shred Off vs. Chris Funk of hyper-literate indie rock band The Decemberists.
