On Earth, in the 23rd century, the population has grown out-of-control and overcrowding is a massive problem. Jed Orville sees an advert on TV offering free tickets to a new paradise planet where there is plenty of room for everyone. He heads straight for the Galactic Resettlement Bureau. On the way he passes a couple of friends who said they got tickets by threatening the official. Jed pushes his way to the front of the queue. At the front, a rich man is bribing the official to give him a ticket.
