The 88 Syndicate is the hidden ruling body of the Palpatine's Children. It is chaired by Valnir, but comprised of all twenty Tiss'sharl built droids originally commisioned for the Imperial Remnant and the Imperial Business Security Act. It's members share their memories through holonet connection and regulary communicate in order to strive towards the groups goal of bringing the Imperial Remnant ontop in the galaxy.
