The Voluntary Wand Registration Bureau is a division of the Central Territory that keeps records on individuals who choose to catalog their own wands. The VWRB is housed in basement B4 of the Central Territorial Headquarters building in Chicago, Illinois, along with the Central Territorial Census Office, the Department of Creature Relations, and the Office of Lycanthropy Research.
