The Alien Outreach Center was a small enclave in the High Security Lockdown sector of the moon Nar Shaddaa. Inhabited by alien refugees, it also served as a recon outpost for agents of the Republic Strategic Information Service. The Evocii Enaq and Darthyn worked at the center, and Kira Carsen lived at the center for several years until she was forced to kill the Ur'kossags gang after they threatened her friends and tried to forcibly recruit her.
