Jurgen Döggen is a friend of Satchel. When Bucky created Joke on You Day, he gave Satchel a trick can of Peanut Brittle. Satchel left the Brittle for Döggen, who likes Peanut Brittle. Döggen opened the can, and was enraged by the trick. He read the note saying "From Bucky Katt" and sought his vengeance on Bucky. He fetched up a baseball bat and then tried to kill Bucky, Though he was later convinced not to by Satchel. He doesn't sound very dangerous, though, as he is a Swiss Alsatian (German Shepherd) from Vermont.
