The White Hot Palm, literally Incandescent Palm (白熱掌 Hakunetsu Tenohira?), was a technique used by Clive Lee by which he generated a tremendous amount of heat from his hands. Lee could control his power output and easily slice into human flesh, and also claimed that he could melt a cyborg at full power.
