Harriet Caldwell was a Mesan citizen and an agent of the Mesan Office of Investigation. She served in the Domestic Intelligence Branch. She and her supervisor, Anthony Lindstrom, were killed by the Mesan Alignment when they tried to investigate the true identity of the people behind the 1922 PD terror attacks. (CS3)
