Arthur Lee Henkley was an American journalist who wrote "Columbus Welcomes Liberty Defense Tower!", published on November 1st, 1951. In the article, Henkley describes the first installation and activation of a Liberty Tower in Columbus, Ohio as part of President Noah Grace's defense project of the Liberty Defense Perimeter.
