The Sonic 2 Badge was a prize offered to Boomers who had their letters and drawings featured in early editions of Speedlines. The badge, exclusive to Sonic the Comic, was made to commemorate the Sonic the Hedgehog 2 video game and features Sonic the Hedgehog and Miles "Tails" Prower. It is made of metal and has a "snazzy" clutch pin fitting. The prize was short-lived, replaced in Issue 8 by the Tomy Sonic the Hedgehog Water Fun Game. Once the Graphic Zone became a more regular feature, the badge was reissued to those winners, although the description stated it hadn't been seen since Issue 2.
