Galadriel was a beautiful elven queen. She gave Frodo and elven-glass that glowed with an intense light to help him on his journey. Some time later, Frodo held up the elven-glass of Galadriel to the black Watchers. the glass counteracted the deadly force of the glittering eyes, and the great gate, and the Watchers, were destroyed.
