Ruzia refers the the region of the Valruzian Kingdom consisting of Arglon and Hulbark. Historically, the Ruzians originated in Central Arglon and migrated south. It was only in medieval times that Arglon acquired its northern territories, and some still consider them to be better referred to as parts of Valonia or even Zuma. Unlike their Valonian neighbors, the Ruzians have always been closely interconnected and frequently warred amongst themselves. Their union was more an opportunistic move by the Zhaliua Dynasty than an agreement of necessity.
