Actress Terri Garber (born December 28, 1960) makes a guest appearance as Teresa Pacci, the girlfriend of feared Brooklyn, NY mafia boss Don Geno Frascotti, whom Dr. Samuel Beckett leaps into to give the blessing to the union of she and underling Frankie La Palma, whom he first leaps into, and, with whom she has been carrying on a torrid affair with behind the boss's back, until he gets awind of it, as she also helps to save Sam and leapee Frankie's life as well in the process, and Frankie's brother Primo La Palma, who got killed by a jealous Don Geno, who was mistaken by him as Teresa's lover in the events before Sam's leap into 1965 in "Double Identity".
