The Drell Assisted Relocation Act (DARA) was an initiative began by the in 2196 CE on behalf of Councilor Aphanold with the purpose of giving the a new homeworld. The act stated that the Drell would be granted a new homeworld aswell as the full rights and priviledges granted to any other Citadel race. Because they were the ones to push the strongest for the act, the Hanar were responsible for organizing the process aswell as assisting the Drell in settling their new home.
